It would be great to be able to scale images proportionally by holding down the Shift key. I have not been able to find help information on this subject and have tried the Shift, Ctl and Alt key in combination with the Selection Tool. It does not appear to have this capability.

Proportional scaling is working now in a new book that I opened. I have attached a portion of a screen capture from the file that did not scale correctly. Anyway it is working now and that is good. Thanks for taking the time to respond to my post.
