User List and Permission Setting

Hey!

I’ve been waiting for you to come along for a long time. I’m thrilled that you’re FINALLY here! You are the first service that enables me to do what I do (tutor via online real-time whiteboard) at what looks like it will be a reasonable cost.

According to the features you list, owners can define permission levels for each participant, granting them various viewing, editing, and navigating rights. However, I’ve only been able to find where I can “Disconnect user from meeting” or “Demote user.” (I don’t even know what “Demote user” means.)

Most software includes “Help” in the menu bar, which opens up a user’s manual. Perhaps your software is currently so dynamic that such a manual is not practical. Nonetheless, I’ve yet to discover how to define permission levels.

My impression is that my account provides me with one (1) vyew room. If so, here is what I need…

Either to be able to set up multiple meeting rooms, certain ones as “view only” and others as interactive…

Or to be able to designate certain VyewBooks as “view only” and others as interactive.

Nonetheless, I’m very pleased with what you currently provide and hope to expand what I can offer my clients as you develop your platform.
