Vyew staff have made a suggestion in an earlier forum thread that says :-

For now, use the normal invites, invite them as Viewers, then keep SYNC MODE ON, that way they will not be able to navigate your meeting until you arrive. (NOTE: That if SYNC MODE is off, then viewers CAN navigate...)

This is not working.
If I schedule a meeting, set it to commence in SYNC mode then send out the invites to viewers, the viewers who use the invites to join the meeting well before the scheduled time can simply browse through the entire Vyewbook. It is only when I login as a presenter and push the SYNC mode button that they are put into SYNC mode.

This clearly looks like a bug to me.

Another thing that looks like a bug is the fact that the invitees are able to enter the Vyewbook directly even if the scheduled meeting time has not arrived.
I think that they should be seeing a “Meeting not yet started” notice instead.

Kindly confirm these observations of mine and tell us the status of any bugfixes.

Thank you

You are correct, this is a new bug that did not exist in our last version. Thanks for pointing this out. Will get right on it.
