I run a weekly meeting Presentation. Instead of sending individual email can I just send the vyew link which is provide for the meeting. I own a web site can I put your link as a forward so they can just use my URL such as http://www.myurl.com which will forward to your site.
So far I love the system and I think our team has already upgraded to the professional but this is one of our concerns. Thanks.
