can’t get into my vyew account. Here is a sequence of messages that show up in little boxes.

- Making initial connection
- You are behind a firewall, trying low ports
- Loading
- Connetion to Vyew closed; Could not connect to meeting

And then the whole thing repeats. Somewhere along the way, it says it is trying Firewall proxy.

Is someone else experiencing the same thing. Does anyone understand what might be going on?

I closed the window, opened a new one, and pointed my browser at vyew.com.  It showed me as logged in, but when I clicked on “my vyew books,” I ran into the same loop.

Can you try this testing page to see if you can connect to low/high ports, or only proxy connection?

It’s probably fixed now. The tech issues have been solved already.
