I would like to use the poll and quiz feature that Vyew has.  Is there a way to pre-make all of my questions and polls so that I don’t have to do it during the webinar?

Also, how do I get the answers.  I know some of the other programs, like WebEx and Go To Meeting display the outcomes in the chat section for all attendees to see.  Can Vyew be set up the same way?

Thanks

Candice

Yes, you can premake them before the meeting. Import the quiz module into a meeting before the meeting occurs and make the questions at that time.

To get the answers/results out, as the owner of the meeting you will see a “Menu” link at the upper right area of the quiz module. If it is POLL mode then all users will be able to see the results after they complete the poll. If it is in QUIZ mode, then only the owner can see the results.

Thanks for the input.  I am able to work the plug in but would like to create the quiz and poll before my meeting. How do I accomplish this?  I don’t want to take the time during the meeting to make up the poll or quiz.

Thanks

To do this, enter your Vyew Meeting before the meeting time, and create the plugin on a blank page. You can enter the questions/answers for the quiz/poll plugin before the meeting begins. Then when the meeting starts, in that same VyewBook, you can bring people to the page where the quiz/poll is so they can interact with it.

What should I do to change the question marks into Russian. After one collaborator’s visit the whole text was replaced by question marks!

It looks like the Quiz/Poll plugin works in version 3 only.

I reverted to version 3 and was able to add a poll.

Then I rereverted to version 4 and got an error message that that plugin was not currently supported in version 4, but would be supported in the final release (whatever that means).

So, for now anyway, it looks like you have to be using version 3 if you want to use a quiz or poll.
