Perhaps I’m not looking in the right place, but I can’t find information about system security.  Can you tell me about system security issues?  Can files I working on in shared space be viewed by those who are not invited to the workspace?  Thanks!

Thanks.  I have looked thru the FAQs and the answers are quite generic, if you’re referring to “Locked” rooms and watching for guest names.  In these cases, the onus of security is placed upon the user.  I would appreciate greater detail from the provider.  Please let me know specifically where I can find this information.

I think I can better answer your question if you give me a specific function you would like to have better explained. For example; you can set your room to ‘locked’ by simply pressing on the ‘lock’ icon. Anyone whom you send an email invite to will be allowed in.
