How do I find/use the “Shared Cursor?”

I’m a new user to Vyew (love it by the way) and while I was searching around and experimenting I looked at the stamp tool. When you first click on it a little popup opens and explains the pointer tool. This popup also mentions a “shared cursor” and that it is better for some situations. This sounds intriguing and I would like to explore this tool, but I can’t find it anywhere. I searched in the help section on the Vyew website. Nothing.

So how do I find or use this tool? Thanks!

Maximize chat window

Hello

I want to hold a meeting that will use the text chat function as its primary feature. Is there any way to maximize the chat window so that it is full screen (or at least larger than it is)?

Invitation sent by email appears with control char (\n) where there is a carriage return on the message.

Using Poll and Quiz Feature

I would like to use the poll and quiz feature that Vyew has. Is there a way to pre-make all of my questions and polls so that I don’t have to do it during the webinar?

Also, how do I get the answers. I know some of the other programs, like WebEx and Go To Meeting display the outcomes in the chat section for all attendees to see. Can Vyew be set up the same way?

Can I control another users desktop

Hello, I’m evaluating you product as something we might be able to use. My main need however is to beable to have one of my customers screen share with me so that I can control their desktop. I have seen how I can see their desktop, but I don’t see how I can take control to show them what to do.
Is this important feature just not available?

How do I invite guests into a meeting?

It�s so easy. You have the option of emailing and invitation, simply telling people the room number or sending the link http://www.vyew.com/.

For example; if your meeting ID was 1234 your direct link would be:

vyew.com/1234

How Do I Customize Invitations?

I’m a new Vyew Pro user, and in testing out the Vyew product I noticed the automated invitation looks a LOT like spam. I would like to change this and customize my invitations, but it doesn’t seem to be an option anywhere.

I don’t know if Vyew is aware of how *bad* their default invitations look. I’m going to have a tough time making presentations to clients if my invitations end up in their trash.
