Pages will not load/Files will not load/Will not work period.

I really apologize for having so many issues, i did try to report a bug, but no one got a hold of me so i will post here.
Over the course of this past year using vyew, i have created multiple rooms. After about a month or so though, or if i create over 3 pages, my vyew room will not load. I will have a message “The Pages For This Room Could Not Be Loaded” and i cannot do anything but delete my room and begin anew. I intially believed that maybe it was because i have a free account (using it basically for classes, and occasional meetings with a long distant friend) but i was hoping that possibly this was a bug, and that it could be fixed.
My second problem, which sort of goes hand in hand with the third, is that i cannot upload any files unto my room. I have been able to without any problem until this past week or so. Now, any type of file i upload, i cannot see. It has the message “transfering from source” and loads, and then i get a gray bar. Before, the gray bar will then fill, while growing its percent, and when it hits 100, i could see the file. This is not the case though, as now i get the gray bar, the “Loading, 0%” and then nothing happens. Apparently, most others in my vyew room can see the file, but i cannot.
The reason i say this goes together with my third problem is that this past week, vyew has been the most difficult it has ever been. I will go into my room in the morning, and by noon, if i had been using my room with one page, my chat will lag to the point where either firefox/safari/chrome crashes, or i refresh the page. After, when i attempt to attend my meeting again, the room page will not load, i cannot see the users on, and/or cannot see the chat, cannot access tools, and i will have awful lag. The funny thing is though that everyone else present CAN see me, if i happen to be able to click fast on the sidebar to expand it and click on the chat box and type something, my attendees CAN see my messages, but i cannot. If i happen to, the very few milliseconds i log on, click on the pencil tool, and draw on the board, i cannot see anything. BUT, if i do see who is on, and see the previous chat (this is usually when i have refreshed after lag) or i draw, if i refresh my tab again, i can see what my attendees had said, what i typed, and what i drew. If i go unto anothers meeting, immediately i cannot see the future chat, nor access tools, although if i refresh after typing something, then i can see that i wrote it.
If i go back to my lobby and then go onto my room again, usually the whole lag/cannot see/access anything occurs. This is not ALWAYS true, but over the course of the past 13/14 days, vyew has been extremely frustrating.
I tried many things to remedy these problems. I uninstalled and reinstalled adobe three times, ive tried to access my rooms on other web browsers (such as chrome and safari) to no avail.
I hope you can understand all this, i tried truly to be as clear as possible.

Invitees stuck in"lobby”

I have given the URL, and the room access is set to “open to everyone” and “anytime”. Yet when they use the URL, they get stuck on a page “welcome to ... lobby”. They can’t access the room until I let them in. I cannot be connected 24 hours a day to let everyone in. Why does the URL not give access to the book?

Problem with drawing lines

Hi! It’s the first time I’m using Vyew, and I�m trying to use it to help my partners with some grammar issues at college.

I have this problem: the first time I changed a line into an arrow everything was fine, but now I want to change the arrow into a simple line and I can’t choose it because the other tool don’t disappear. It looks like the image attached.

Good day, for some time I have been having a problem with size of audio player and fonts. Before (like 2-3 weeks ago) the audio player was normal and very proper size, today it is like half of a previous size. When it comes to font size the situation is like that: I upload a pdf and when i try to use the text tool a default size is 24/36. While on Vyew it looks perfectly OK when i export it to pdf letters are tiny as ants. As far as i know the problem does not concert only me.

Vyew tab continues flashing even after being checked

In the past, when I’ve been in another tab and someone has said something in Vyew, the tab would flash until I went and checked what had been said, then it would stop. It now flashes even after I check it, so I don’t know if anyone’s said anything new since I last checked. It will flash even if I was the last person to say anything. It used to be fine, but has now been doing this for a while.

Audio won’t load into mp3 player

Hello, I’ve updated a few mp3 files onto my server, and added an mp3 player to some pages. Whenever I click on load music from the player options and specify the file’s location from my server, nothing happens. It doesn’t load the audio, and pressing play does nothing.
Can anyone help me?

When I try to enter a room I get this error and the vyew logo and can go no further. Also note that in the developer console on Chrome it shows that http://vyew.com/v4.22/content/textLayout_2.0.0.232.swz is getting a 404. Some bug related to the 4.0 beta?

Conversion Error when uploading *.ppt file

If anyone could help me, I would be incredibly grateful! I’m very impressed with Vyew and am dying to use it. However, I can’t seem to upload the PowerPoint Presentation I’d like to use in my first online meeting. When trying to upload the presentation, the progress indicator reaches 95% and then I receive the following error:

“Error converting file: unknown type: Array (code: 561303)”

I’m using PowerPoint XP (2002). Though, I’m not sure that is related to the issue. If anyone could assist, I’d be so grateful!
